    We are always experimenting and finding new ways of preserving and transforming food.   • OLIVE PRODUCTION

    Our olive trees are not treated with chemicals. The cold press oil extraction happens in a nearby olive mill so as to be able to press the olives the next day from picking at the latest.   • BEEKEEPING
