PRESERVES AND FERMENTS

We are always experimenting and finding new ways of preserving and transforming food.

We produce jams, olive oil and vinegar preserves (like our favourite black olives), pasturised juices, liqueurs and officinal candies.  

We also produce special drinks such as kefir, kombucha, ginger beer and elderflower champagne.

We use sourdough for all our cakes, bread and pizza.
